I do not know but since it is not shown on the other 2 entries in this book for this woman, I think it has something to do with where she was in Stockholm before she came to this place.

This is very interesting. A guest came into the Family History Library in SLC last week (or maybe the week before) asking about this very same record. We got some of the staff together and figured out that this is "barnhus barn no. 2199". Meaning that Agnes Emelia came from an orphanage. You may already have this, but this is the link to her birth record in Maria Magdalena parish in Stockholm: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/00014966_00369#?c=&m=&s=&cv=368&xywh=-511%2C757%2C6175%2C3962 .
This is her (although the middle name is Ericha, rather than Emilia, everything else is correct) moving from the orphanage to Västerhaninge: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/00067556_00028#?c=&m=&s=&cv=27&xywh=353%2C1865%2C3310%2C2124 .
And this is her moving into Västerhaninge (#5): https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/00039700_00045#?c=&m=&s=&cv=44&xywh=88%2C629%2C2160%2C1303 .

Agnes Emilia Holgersson was an orphan in the Stockholm City Public Orphanage (Allmänna Barnhus.) Her file number in the orphanage is 2199. The Stockholm City Archive has the orphan files available online. You can view and download the file see: http://digitalastadsarkivet.stockholm.se/Bildarkiv/Egenproducerat/SE-SSA-0809/Barnhuspdf2008/09_02199.pdf.
Also, the record in Västerhaninge lists her middle name as Emilia, not Ericha. I can see why it could be read the other way, but it's not. The record keeper put a dot over the first "i" and not the second.
