Found record on DGS 1897381, but we cannot read the language. It is for Michael Hodor GLP7-L4B born 19 September 1799 with parents Martinus Hador and Marianna Wotowzczonka. We found the indexed record on Ancestry.

Birth Records, Siedliska-Bogusz Parish, of Michael (Michał in Polish) Hodor and Matheus (Mateusz), twins, born in Smarżowa, House No. 35, baptized (born?) on 19th September 1799, twins, sons of father: Martinus (Marcin) Hodor and of mother: Marianna, born Wołowiec (Wołowieczonka is diminutive/term of endearment of Wołowiec). Godparents: Laurentius (Wawrzyniec in Polish) Kudłacz, Casimirus (Kazimierz) Wołowiec, and Magdalena Scierna (?)
Please note that in geneszukacz.genealodzy.pl – Polish indexing program for entire Poland, if you click on British flag to get headings in English, select “podkarpackie” region, then enter Hodor (surname) and Wolowiec as the second surname, years 1770-1820. You will see 7 children (somehow they listed only Michal Hodor born 1799, and not his twin brother, Mateusz).
You may also check marriages for the same years, for Hodor and Wolowiec, and you will see that Marcin Hodor (or Chodor, the same pronunciation, variation of H=Ch) married Marianna Wołowiec in Siedliska-Bogusz on 8th November 1786. If you hover with your computer mouse over “i” under Remarks, you will see that husband was 25 years old, and wife 15 years old. They were from Smarżowa. House No. 12, probably of the husband. You may use Google Translate Polish to English to write there any words in Polish and get them translated.
If you search for birth records of children of Marcin Hodor and Marianna Wolowiec, and you will hover over “i” under Remarks, you will see the dates of their births. Enjoy your Polish research.
