    Birth Record No. 240, Kampinos Parish, of Carolus Ludovicus (Karol Ludwik in Polish) Gereth (written Geretth), born in Komorów on 10th December 1778, baptized on 13th December 1778, son of Martin (Marcin in Polish) Geretth and of Barbara, leaseholders in village Komorów. C.A.R.D. (not in Latin Dictionary) Godparents: Adalbertus (Wojciech in Polish) Piegłowski, a Canonic from Lowice, Crepto (near?) Sochace (Sochaczew?), and Antonina Forseythowna (daughter of Forseyth), assisting Antonius (Antoni in Polish) Kozłowski and G. Catharina (Katarzyna in Polish) Majewska, wife of Notary Braxatt.
