Please help translate
I would love to know who this person is. My grandmother, Martha Hellegonda Weeda, came to America in 1908. She married shortly afterwards to Fredrich Herman Schultz in New Mexico, USA. Although I similarities in the photos I am pretty sure this is not my grandma.

Dear Sis, Brother, and children,
We have received your letter in good health. Here are the books and a snapshot of me, taken with the neighbors. We don’t have flowers in the garden, but we do have vegetables, and we still have a view of them. I also receive flowers a few times per week to put on the table in a vase. No further news.
Kind regards from father, Maaike, and me, and also from the kids.
The last part on the right at the bottem, I'm not sure what that is.
