May I please have a translation of the word in the 4th column in the attached picture? It's the only
I am having trouble transcribing the the word in the 4th column and the number in front of it which has a line over and under it. I think it may be the name of a cemetery. This is from a death record entry from a church in Leipzig-Lindenau . The picture came without any column headings included. What does the number in front of the word possibly represent? To me...the number and word looks like "IV Hasse".The rest of the entries I already have translated. Thanks

You are correct in that the number is a Roman numeral IV. . That is followed by "Klasse". My guess is that they are referring to a "fourth class funeral"> Depending on your social standing and corresponding cash flow, several classes of funerals were available in larger cities. Bremen once had a detailed description of its five classes online, but the historical society has since taken it down. The differences are in how fancy the hearse was , how many attendants with different style hats, horses with or without blankets etc,, from first class being very fancy to fifth class very utilitarian.
The deceased was Gustav Arthur Baum. he died in the city hospital on 17 April at 5:45 am.
