translation request (struggling with the cursive handwriting)
Was hoping someone could help me translate, and especially decipher the cursive handwriting in these birth and marital records. I can't tell how boilerplate the cursive paragraphs at the bottom of these are, but I would really love to know what exactly they say and mean. Thank you!

The first two birth records have boilerplate saying that in each case the declarant (the father) was excused from having to bring the baby to the registration office after the official was able to verify the facts of the birth from other sources. In the first record it was because of the long distance from the child's home to the registration office; in the second it was because of cold weather. Then both state that the record was read aloud to all and they signed at the bottom.
The marriage record says the documents presented are the certificates of publication made in the comune (in late March and early April). It also says that the parents of the bride presented their consent to the marriage. Then it says the document was read aloud to all and they signed at the bottom.

Thanks! Can you decipher any of the names signed at the bottom of the documents, especially the names at the bottom of the marriage document? I can identify the first two as Luigi Giovanelli and Ermalinda Ridolfi, but not the other three.

Each document has two witnesses and their signatures, as well as that of the town official, are included. Their names are in the body of the document:
Antonio Toni is the first witness; Eugenio Uguccioni is the second; Giangastone Marcolini is the town official.
