Translation Request - 1824 birth register of Małgorzata Łątka
Please help me translate this birth register from Geneteka of Małgorzata Łątka. It is on the right side page, third from the bottom.
I'm hopeful that I see her mother's father's name as Francis. I'm starting to get the hang of reading these records. But I cannot figure out what that line across the bottom is.

Birth Record, Jawornik Parish, of Małgorzata Łątka, House No. 81, born on the 3rd July 1824, baptized on the 4th July 1824, a Catholic, legitimate daughter of father: Matheus (Mateusz in Polish) Łątka, a townsmen, and of mother: Magdalena, born Trybucka, daughter of Franciscus (Franciszek) Trybucki. Godparents: Adalbertus (Wojciech) Łątka, a townsman, and Rosalia (Rozalia) Majstrowicowa, wife of Laurentius (Wawrzyniec) Majstrowicz (?).
Cross signifying death and date 4th March 1876.
Note at the bottom: I certify that this infant is the daughter of this mother and not of another.
