All Full Text Search Requests Result In 403 (Forbidden) Error

I have been using Full Text Search successfully for several months. For about the last week, though, all of my Full Text Search requests have returned a 403 (Forbidden) error from the server. I have attempted searches on both Mac and Windows, both Safari and Firefox, on multiple machines with identical results. I have removed cookies and cleared cache.

If there is anything further I can try, I would be happy to. I can use the Developer tools in the browser to examine the requests if that would be helpful.
