Availability of the Haut Rhin and Bas Rhin - Alsace Archives in the US

Are the Haut Rhin and Bas Rhin/ Alsace records currently available using a computer in the US? I’ve been trying over a period of months to access the Mulhausen Bas Rhin archives and the books open but the pages are grayed out. This occurred a couple of years ago and then they were made available again. I also know they combined the records into Alsace Archives. Does anyone know what the situation on them is? Thank you.
