Mattie, please note that this Record of Marriage Banns is written in Polish and the names do not need to be translated into Latin. Farmer = could be someone working on the land, I thought, that a landowner is more respectable, as someone having some land, but either translation is OK. The date of the marriage looks more like year 1851, the house number of Franciszek Krok is 18. In this case, "the married couple" refers most likely to parents of Anna Rykala, born Banas, that is Jedrzej Banas and deceased Marianna, born Barc.
