Please note that according to Poznan Project Luise and Ludwika are equivalent. The pronunciation is similar of Luise and Louiza. Here it is written Louiza. I was not able to locate the places of birth of the groom and the bride on the current map of Poland, and I transliterated them and put question mark in brackets by those names.

Thank-you @Eppich Maria. I believe the bride was born in Wieleń (Filehne). This is northwest of Poznan! You recently translated the MR of her sister Karolina Wenzel, and through an Ancestry hint, I found out that is where Karolina was born. And I just found the marriage record of their parents, Martin Wenzel and Catharine Kaatz, who were married in Wieleń (Filehne).
Martin has a third born, Samuel, who is my 3rd great-grandfather, and he was born in Ośno Podleśne, which is southeast of Konin. So, between the births of Ludwika and Samuel, around 1819, the family migrated east! Thanks so much for your help.0
