I think the person is Karol Keller Slide number 109. The name is at the bottom. Am I correct is this a Keller or a Kaller?
If its a Keller could I have help with translating it ?

If it is the 3rd entry from the bottom on the scan you sent us, it looks more like Karol Kattor, 41 years old, he is a clothier apprentice, Austrian subject, staying at home of Keler, House No. 262. His certificate was issued on the 7th October 1866, (but also date 2nd September 1865 in the same column), No, 9032, Issued by President in Troppan, issued for 3 years till 2nd September 1868, Adnotation: Valid till 3rd August ...

Indeed it was that one. I thought it might be a Keller. Thanks for the help. But maybe he stayed at a house of Keller?
