Translation Request - 1804 marriage of Baltazar PIĄTEK and Małgorzata WARCHOŁ
Please help me translate this marriage register from Geneteka for Baltazar PIĄTEK and Małgorzata WARCHOŁ. It is the bottom entry on the right side page.
I notice there is some extra verbiage at the bottom. Does that relate to this specific marriage? Or is it a that a summary for the entire page?
Thank you.

Marriage Record, Jawornik Polski Parish, dated the 24th April 1804, of Baltazar Piątek, House No. 116, a widower, Catholic, 50 years old, and of a maiden, Małgorzata Warchoł, Catholic, 20 years old, her father was Warchoł. Witnesses: Maciej Gorlewicz and Józef Czapla, all from Jawornik.
Written below: Jan Chłodowski, the Priest of Jawornik Church Parish
Please note that when you check Geneteka.Genealodzy.pl. at the end of the entry when you hover with your computer mouse over “i” you will get additional information from the record, in this case you will find the ages of the groom and the bride, and names of the witnesses, “z” will show where those records are kept, in this case, Archiwum Panstwowe w Rzeszowie, “A” will show who was the indexer and may show who verified the translation.

Thank you @Eppich Maria very much appreciated.
I do use the hover technique on Geneteka to help me piece together my family tree. It is very helpful. I think that website is wonderful! I also am very thankful for the translations you provide via this group. Even though I am starting to get the hang of reading these records, your translations often reveal in important detail that I did not pick out on my own.
