Looks better - less cluttered
I see this morning that the Quality Score is back to being a single button in the right column. I think that looks a lot better. Having a different color button against each vital just looked really cluttered, particularly since none of them lined up with each other.

Personally, I liked seeing the score next to the conclusions—I realize I can see the score if I open the modal for the conclusion, but it was more convenient to have them displayed.
Maybe a win-win solution would be to allow users to choose whether or not to display conclusion scores, similar to how users can choose to display details or not. Just a thought…

Now, that is a good thought that I could go along with. Only have the labels show when the detail view is open. The closed view is clean and easy to read. The open view even now is more cluttered with more information such as the reason statement, last changed date, and contributor's name. Showing the label along with the other information would be fine with me.
Of note, the label is still present in the Data View popup and I think it looks fine, and is useful, there:
