Another italian birth & death record translation request

Maria Migliaccio, birth registered in Pozzuoli, 9 June 1883 (and I think the birth was the same day as well?).
Curious what the annotation says on the birth record. Seems to reference 1966, maybe?
On the death index, year 1898, numero 99 for Maria Migliacio, seems to indicate 23 March 1898, which I think conflicts with the "966" I see on the birth record annotation.
Figure I'm missing something, I don't speak/read Italian, just learned the months and some names and numbers 😂

Yes, it's her death.
And yes, the 1898 entry does seem to be the same person. Without either record it's hard to tell which is correct. Mistakes do happen.
