Translation of a 1700s Norway record

Hi, I have had a number of people look at the name in this record. We cannot seem to make it out. Some say Serge. Some say Herang, Some say Svenang. Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm wondering if it is just a word for not having a name yet as I see it in other places. Thanks
