Marriage Record No. 2, Jawornik Polski, dated the 31st January 1842, of Joannes (Jan in Polish) Bury, House No. 66, a 25 years old bachelor, Catholic, son of Thomas (Tomasz) Bury and of Catharina (Katarzyna), born Majka, legally married, he is from village Jawornik, and of a maiden Rosalia (Rozalia) Piątek, House No. 63, 19 years old daughter of Baltasar (Baltazar) Piątek and Margareta (Małgorzata), born Warchoł, legally married, farmers from village Jawornik. Witnesses: Simon (Szymon) Jasieński and Simon (Szymon) Bury, both farmers from village Jawornik.
As for the minor orphaned bride, the consent of the Varette House of Sablary dated January 18, 1842, at number 47, is here.
As the guardian of the under-age orphaned Rozalia, I am signing: Antoni Piątek, in the presence of two witnesses. As the witnesses of the above permission, we sign: Andrzej Bury and Jan Bury, Boneclixit (?), Faustynus (Faustyn) Kłossowski, from the local Parish.

Thank you @Eppich Maria much appreciated!
I do have one question about the "Varette House of Sablary". Is this simply a reference to another family that acts as the guardian for the bride? Or is it a more formal institution?

I think you are correct that it is more like a formal institution. It is not family of this bride.
