Hello @TrishAndersen,
Anton, son of the shepherd Nicolas Stöcker and his wife Anna Elisabeth, née Deist, born on the 2nd of September 1815 at Hornel ____? baptismal certificate on this date Berneburg on the 20th of November 1828. Disp: Ca__el? [maybe Cassel?] on the 25th of April 1829. Age: 13 years, 3 months, 4? days.
My comments: Hornel and Berneburg are place names. Hornel doesn't have a Protestant church but Berneburg has a Protestant parish church. Hornel is about a mile east of Berneburg. It's likely Protestants in Hornel worshipped in Berneburg.

The abbreviation "d. d." in the third line is Latin and stands for: de dato = on this date.
The abbreviation "Disp" in the fourth line might stand for dispensation — so some type of dispensation may have been granted by a higher ecclesiastical office, but I don't know what that dispensation might be.

Thank was a great translation. Thank you Mr. Seal. I proceeded to search in Berneburg with no success. So by chance I searched Hornel that perhaps I might find records . Wahlah —Kirchenkreis Eschwege/Hornel had his birth record. The mother is listed first then Nicolaus Stoecker. (second record)
Please translate the record to help fill in the details provided.
