Groom's father: Sebastian Hoffmann, resident in Mistendorf.
Groom's mother: Ottilia [no maiden surname recorded].
Bride: Elisabetha Schmidlein, legitimate daughter.
Bride's father: Nicolas Schmidlein, resident in Mistendorf.
Bride's mother: Margaretha [no maiden surname recorded].
Note: Both fathers served as witnesses to this marriage.
In addition: The couple received a dispensation from the Church to marry because they were related in the third degree of consanguinity (cousins of some degree).

I realize that this is an exceedingly long record and I don't need all of it translated. What I need from it is the following:
1) Married couples names (1st and last names) and locations of origin
2) Parents names and locations if available
3) Marriage month and day0
