    1. Yes, I agree that the name is Johan Berent Mainert Marcus
    2. The "2" of "20" is a bit strange, but I would agree that the date most probably is 20 December
    3. The "word" seems to be "asstes"; it appears in all records after the first sponsor. It might be an abbreviation for "assisistentes" = assisting sponsors.
    4. I can't read the surname.
