In this case I can't really help much. The second name of the child might be Carolus (Carl). Conrad Zeigel (probably Ziegel) might be a Blutschreiber. This occupation is mentioned in some historic books as a type of police or court secretary, e.g. here:

The name of the second witness is probably Lorenz Engelhart.
