My family tree skipped a generation. It inserted info for my 3x GG in place where data for my 2nd GG

I am guessing that at least one of the children has inadvertantly been attached to their grandparents instead of their parents (or perhaps to both). If so, it should just be a matter of removing/replacing the relevant people from each other.

Unless someone knows other wise as to something I don't know - I would have no reason to believe this is some system bug
and merely that someone has made the connections in error (sometimes occurring when a merge is done in error) and they just need to be unconnected and reconnected in the correct manner.
just like fixing any other bad relationship.
one should be able to view the audit history of changes - and see exactly what happened.
but can someone provide the ID's of the people involved and who should be a child of who? Just so we get more than one set of eyes looking at this.
