FYI: What is written in the column for the baptismal date looks like ditto marks but it is in fact simply a scribal mark to indicate that this column is blank. Hence the child was still born on 7 July, and was not baptized.

July 7 is the birth date; the sign in the next column indicates that there was no baptism because of the stillbirth.
