Translation request for Birth record for Carmela Moccia
I desperately need a translation for this record, as this is a huge find for this family. This record comes from the Film #101853870, Images 23 and 24, on FamilySearch.org. On the left side of the record is a note that I believe is a marriage date for Carmela and Nicola Ficociello, which I will try to find. I am trying to identify parents of Carmela. Thanks so very very much for your help!!!

Left-side margin: Number 29 / Carmela Maria / 06 December (abbreviated in record) 1900, the spouse Ficociello Nicola di Andrea / 21 May 1901 (signature of scribe)
Actual Record: In the year 1878, day 20 of May, at the hour 11 and minute 15 AM (antimeridiane), in the municipal house. Before me, Giuseppe Giannitti (name and position of civil worker), Civil Officer of the Municipality of San Mango Sul Calore, appeared Carmine Monia*, age 38, (occupation), residing in San Mango Sul Calore, and told me that at the 10th hour and 25th minute PM (pomeridiane) of the 16th of the current month, in the house located in [house number not given] on Contrada Pescore (street name). By Domenica Martino, his wife, was born a female child and she was given the name Carmela.
And these were present to witness the above act (to prove a child was indeed born): Pietro Monte*coli (unable to read full surname) age 59, and Stanislao Marena age 29.
To summarize: Carmela Maria was born 16 May 1878 in San Mango Sul Calore. Her father (who went to register her birth) was Carmine (surname), age 38, and her mother was Domenica Martino. The note in the margin states that Carmela Maria married Ficociello Nicola (son of Andrea) on 6 December 1900 and then the marginal note was added 21 May 1901 (second date listed in note).
*I cannot 100% decipher the middle letter in the father's surname. I can see it begins with M and ends with -ia
