25 May 1889
Caterina Grattagliano, 48, midwife, declared that at 11pm last night in the public foundling wheel she found a baby wrapped in a white wool cloth and another that was black, a white cotton kerchief on his head, with no name or other apparent signs. The child was given the name Filippo and the surname Negri and was assigned to wet nurse Maria Martellotta daughter of deceased Antonio Vito, single, 33, who promised to assume care and custody and provide reports at the request of the authorities.

Oh no, my bust on sending this translation to you. Thank you for sending it anyways it confirms what you have sent to me months ago. I did look up the website you suggested Storiedfamiglia.com. Alessandro was a big help, thanks for that. He said that most likely the biological father's name will not be on the baptism record.
