Where to find records
I am looking in matricula-online.eu in Germany, Hildesheim. I need records for the town of Einum. The dates of records are from 1703-1775 then 1860 forward. I need the records right in between these. We're records for Einum possibly kept in a nearby town during that time (1775-1860)? Maybe in Achtum? Thank you for any assistance. Deniese

Hi,
It looks as if the church books of Achtum starting around 1774 also contain entries for Einum. You can see that e.g. on this page, which has two columns, one for Achtum and one for Einum. https://data.matricula-online.eu/de/deutschland/hildesheim/achtum-st-martin/0002_01-06/?pg=1
