Thank you so much for translating this death record. I noticed it doesn't give a place of death. It just give Hammerdeich 41 which I assume is their address. Could you please give me some guidance on this? Should I just put Hamburg as the place of death since this record was obtained at the Hamburg State Archives?

You can still find "Hammer Deich" as a street name on Google Maps east of the Hamburg city center. At the time of this record the area was already part of the city of Hamburg, so it is correct to put Hamburg as the place of death.
