The first note says that the couple was divorced on 21 August 1915. The stamped information below certifies that the informationwas recorded correctly from the original record. (This image is the duplicate copy of the original record.)
The second note says that the former wife, Johanna Henrietta Maria, has now resumed her former maiden name Ertel and will no longer use the surname Rau, as of 9 October 1915. She now resides at Rosenstrasse 32. Ditto above re stamped information below this.
