I can't read everything but I'll share with you what I am able to translate for record no. 1530 from 1879:
Running number in the volume: 1530.
Birth place and house number: Bebra, no. 178¾.
Day and hour of birth: 27 February 1879, 2:00 pm.
Day of baptism: 9 March 1879.
Gender and name of child: male, Johann Heinrich Knierim, 5th child.
Parents: George Knierim, day laborer, and his wife Anna Elisabeth Stöcker.
Baptismal sponsor: Johann Heinrich Brall, "Weissbinder," husband of Anna _____? Gleim?
Remarks: [can't decipher].
My comment: According to Thode's German-English Genealogical Dictionary a "Weissbinder" is defined as a cooper or a whitewasher.

Here is the translation of record no. 4041 from 1871:
Running number in the volume: 4041.
Birth place and house number: Bebra [no house number recorded].
Day and hour of birth: 19 April 1871, 3:00 pm.
Place and day of baptism: after the church service in the same place, 30 April 1870.
Gender and name of child: male, Jacob Stöcker, illegitimate. [Later the name "Stöcker" is struck-though and replaced with the surname "Knierim" after his parents marry in late November 1871].
Parents: George Knierim and wife Anna Elisabeth Stöcker, daughter of shepherd Matthäus Stöcker.
Baptismal sponsor: Jacob Schweitzer?, shepherd and brother-in-law.
Remarks: [The child] died 28 April 1874. [The remainder of the remarks written here indicates the child's parents married on 26 November 1871, that the father acknowleged the child as his own, and that the child could take the surname Knierim.]
