The last column is headed Tag und Jahr des Todes (date and year of death), but the comments on this page don't concern this.
I read: 15 Sgl für 2 überzähl[ige] Tfzgn [Taufzeugen?] which could mean "15 Silbergroschen for 2 surplus baptismal witnesses". Silbergroschen is a coin, so this could mean that you had to pay extra for more than 3 witnesses. Apparently 3 witnesses were "free of charge" whereas for each 2 additional witnesses a fee of 15 Silbergroschen was charged.
Note that for the record above the note is: 2 rl für 8 überzl Tfzgn which would be "2 Reichstaler for 8 surplus baptismal witnesses". 2 Reichstaler equals 60 Silbergroschen, so this amount corresponds to the same fee per additional witness.

Thanks very much for your help. When I first saw this record, I assumed the contents of that column would be related to her death. Then I realized that assumption must be wrong, but I still had no idea what it really said. Thanks.
