For this family, identifying them as being from "in der riede" or "in der ryen" which seems to specify this family from the others.

In Meyers Gazateer, there is no reference for this "place". There is a "Diekriede" near Getmold and Lashorst, which would be a good way of identifying a family. Do you think that this is what was meant?
