Help with translation of marriage entry in 1895

This marriage record for Peter Kiel, [I believe listed as widower of Eva Pütz] to Margaretha Fassbender, maiden name Hermann's[?]. If that is correct is she also a widow, maybe? I can't make out her husband's name if it is there.

Witnesses are Heinrich ? and Heinrich Kiel.
