In the past, new features had use instructions. Will these be coming out soon or did I miss them?

Will this Group get a Known and Resolved Issues list? I really like those!

I see the instructions now! Wait, I can't see them now. Do they only appear on the first time you open them? I'd like them to stick around.

I turned MAV off and on again and now I can see Key Details again. I'd still like Key Details to stick around as I get used to how to use this.

@Rhonda Budvarson I don't see any link to the instructions in the Merge Analysis header.

See, for example the Merge Analysis for John Brookes. When I follow that link (with the Merge Analysis View experiment turned on, of course), I see the Merge Analysis, but there is no instructions link anywhere in the header. Perhaps the presence of that link is dependent on some cookie or some other state that may vary with usage, but that link is certainly not reliably shown. Personally, I've never been able to see it.
