Translation of marriage record

i tried to put an image of a marriage to get translated and it said I did not have permission. I never had this problem before. Can you help me with this or explain what I need to do to put an image on this discussion.

@PaulaRail1 The option to attach images here in the community has been broken for a few weeks. We hope it will soon be repaired. In other words, it's not YOU - no one except a mod can attach images right now.
There is a workaround which you can find at this link.
