Can you generate an indexing report showing members who have indexed for a specified time period?

You can do it by current month or past month but not more specific time.

There is a report. It is provided to the bishop through the high council for each ward. Members names are not on it. It just shows how many members indexed, how many records were indexed. Still valuable information. There was a screen while you were indexing you used to be able to see, number of ward Nd stake members who are indexing each month. I will look again, and get back to you.

If you are identified as a leader in your group’s settings, you should be able to generate reports for months, quarters, and the current and previous year. You can see who has indexed and the number of records they have indexed during the time period selected, but you won’t see what they have been indexing.

In the past there was such a report. Under direction of Church leadership, the report was re-evaluated and changed in 2019. The report now only lists the amount of records indexed within a unit, it no longer has names and individual contributions. The report is generated and delivered to members of the ward council and the ward temple and family history leader.

There are two different reports people are talking about here. One is the Family History Activity Report which is only available to members of the Ward and Stake Councils (via Leader & Clerk Resources on lds.org). It does not provide names but it does provide various statistics such as Number of Members Submitting Names to the Temple, Percent of Members with First Four Generations of Ancestors in the Tree, Number of Members Logging in to FamilySearch, Number of Members Adding an Ancestor to Tree, Adding a Memory to Tree and Indexing. The other report is just for indexing and is called a Contributor Statistics report which is found under the Groups under Web Indexing on FamilySearch.org. This is only available to group Leaders (either your Ward group or Stake group or other custom group you have created). This report provides Indexing and Reviewing counts by person, including the member's names. You can not enter a custom date range, but you can generate it for either the current or previous Month, Quarter or Year.
