re: Application by the widow of J. Phillipp Euler in Altenstaedten to be released as a Prussian subject in order to emigrate with her family to America.— 3 enclosures —
The applicant seeks to obtain a consensus to emigrate for herself and her 7 children who are still minors. She will not be deterred from her plan. When she was asked to obtain permission from the chief guardian for the emigration of her children, who were still minors, she declared that she had been informed by the Royal District Court, i.e., the court commissioner, Mr. Heeser, that this could only be done by law once the Royal Government had granted permission to emigrate. In 3 enclosures (1. Application for the protocol; 2. Tutatorium of the court; 3. Evidence of emigration) I have the honor of obediently submitting the prescribed negotiations for further highly favorable consideration.

I have been studying the original document and your translation. I would never have been able to interpret this handwriting. Thank you!!
