Requesting/finding online emigration records in Bavaria
Hi all, first post!
I am trying to do as much independent research as possible, but have reached out to a paid researcher in Wurzburg to assist as I have been trying this on my own for over 10 years:
I have an 1839 ship register for a family, my mom's paternal line, and the family came thru Baltimore. No hard date, just a known month. In cross-referencing thier registry scan (Lorenz and Katherine Stuhler are the parents, plus young adult children), I am led to believe northern Bavaria/Franconia is the most likely region.
One of the two Bavarian researchers mentioned to me that Unterfranken (lower Franconia) has an emigration record matching my ancestors in the emigration notes. Would you know how he can see this, is it in a digital version online that I can search? How could I go about tracking down these notes to get more info?
Thanks in advance!

The GermanGenealogyGroup.com website lists the family of Lorenz Stüler, a farmer with his family, from 1839. Details here: https://www.germangenealogygroup.com/records-search/german_emigrants.php, with a name searchable database and the option to order a copy.
The German Emigration Database has been compiled from emigration
notices printed in newspapers. Printing the notice gave the newspaper readers
plenty of time to put in a claim if they were owed money by the person
