Maria Dorothea a daughter was born to my dearest colleague Deacon Peter Brandt and his dear wife Friederica Louisa nee Billeschow, legitimate daughter of the former mayor and city secretary of Wiborg in Jutland Mr. Hans Billeschow and his wife Brigitta née Riesen.

My comments:
The spelling of the wife's maiden name is very clearly Billeschow (with w at the end) in this record. Her family came apparently from Denmark. Wiborg/Viborg is a town in the northern part of the Jutland peninsula ( ).
I found the third godparent, Wilhelm Billeschow, in the Royal Danish Court and State Calendar of 1823 (chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://slaegtsbibliotek.dk/918054.pdf, in German) as Knight of the Order of Dannebrog. He is called there "former Provost and Preacher in Steenlöse" (Stenløse) which is located on the Danish island Seeland/Sjelland/Zealand ( ), close to the municipality of Ølstykke which may be the one called Oelstecke in this record.

I do have a question. Billeskov is the place where the family is from, yet it became a part of their surname (Billeschow) in later generations. Was that common for the time period? Was that typical in Danish naming, in addition to the patronymics?
