Administrative Court Records for Düsseldorf in 1836, Available?

I have accessed a copy of the Official Gazette for the Administrative District of Düsseldorf, 1836. There is a Security - Police announcement I am researching and I am wondering, does anyone know if any of the court records that would have supported this investigation still exist in court records or archives in Düsseldorf?

I will post a copy of rough translation shortly. I still need help with a few of the words and phrases.

It doesn't appear that FamilySearch or Ancestry have court records for Düsseldorf. You could try asking at the archives in Nordrhein-Westphalen -
