Precision, place of birth
ie: Clara Jackson, "United States 1950 Census" has a place of Ala for birth, which is different from Greensboro, Hale, Alabama, United States.
If substring([place 1] is found in index of [place2] then no conflict?

@zella242 thank you for the feedback. Could you provide a PID for Clara Jackson, so that we can look at this issue?

Update: Ala for Alabama can not be added as an alternate. This might get confused with Alaska, etc. You will need to dismiss this issue :)

The town ofCadolzburg only has oneoption in FS which states that the town only exists since 1939.This is incorrect. How can this Conflict-free Data notification be avoided?
Wilhelm FischerMale7 April 1908 – Deceased•GV2M-2TS
The date of birth, 7 April 1908, is in conflict with the standardized place of Cadolzburg, Fürth District, Middle Franconia, Bavaria, Germany, which has only been called that since 1939.
