Marcin (?) was born 20th October in Ochota (?).
I tried Transkribus to transliterate it and got message that it was unreadable. The text is very fuzzy and it is a guess work. Sorry.

His brothers name was Marian, possibly that is the name. This is on the back of my grandfathers pow identity card, I dont know why it would be written on there, but still potentially a clue to something!
