I have a record that was listed as a "Death Supplement" that doesn't do along with the format that I'm used to. I attached it to the person I believe it belong to but I am having a hard time finding his age at death to help determine if this could be a match and not a brother.

Is there any other useful information?

Francesco Squillacioti

It's an extract from the comune of Aversa, here is the original, starting bottom right: Italy, Caserta, Santa Maria Capua Vetere, Civil Registration (Tribunale), 1866-1929; https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-897F-SW8V?cc=2043630&wc=MC5R-83D%3A349503001%2C349540701

The death was reported by the Royal Mental Hospital there. He died on 2 Nov 1895, age 63, born and residing in Pietramelara, son of deceased Vincenzo and of Marianna Peluso. He was married, but no spouse is named.
