Marriage Certificate Breslau/ Wroclaw

Hello All, I am trying to locate my grandparent's marriage certificate without any luck. Here is the information I am looking for:

Groom: Maximillan Hirschler

Bride: Helene Riess Her birthdate: December 4,1888

Date of Marriage: June 8,1915

Her parent's address : Ohlauer Stadtgraben 26 now ul.Podwale 26.(Breslau II)

I have found her birth certificate information at the Archives Panstowe we Wroclawiu, but can't find any marriage records for that period. Would this be anywhere besides in the Wroclaw records? Landesarchiv?
