Question about land transaction
My 4th great-grandmother lived in Mensengesäß, now a part of the market town of Mömbris in Unterfranken, Bavaria. Following her death in 1841, 4 properties in Mensengesäß were auctioned. These properties and their sale are mentioned in the estate documents. If I've transcribed the land descriptions properly, the term "gebaute hecken" is used on two of them. I would translate that to "built hedges" but I'm struggling to understand what that really is. Could you help please? The term is used in the 2nd and 3rd entries in the attached document. And how is it different from just a hecken as used in the 4th entry?
