There appeared before the below-written registrar widow Mrs. János Perger Erzsébeth Felding, whose position (occupation) is: midwife, residence Bakonyszent-Iván, whom the below-written registrar knows personally, and reported the following birth:
Father: Márton Földing, Roman Catholic, coal-mine worker, residence America, birthplace Magyar-Polán, age 44 years.
Mother: Juliánna János Mrs. Márton Földing, Roman Catholic, homemaker, residence Bakony-Szent-Iván, birthplace Bakony-Nána, age 40 years.
Birth: Bakonyszent-Iván, 3 February 1901, 11:45 a.m.
Child: boy, Roman Catholic, Kálmán.
Remark: Before finalization, informant modifies her report such that the legal father's birthplace is not Magyar-Polán, but Bakony-Szent-Iván.
