Here's the transcription -
Eodem - Johann Jost Klepper mit Jo[ink blot obscures the rest] Webers Ehl. gl Anna Marg.
Translation - On the same day - Johann Jost Klepper with Jo[ink blot] Webers legitimate gl. Anna Marg.
Note - I don't know what the gl. means. Every other entry on this page says "ehl. Tochter" or "ehl Witwe."

As to the day ---is it 27 July or is it august ? Is perhaps the gl a part of the "legitmate" abbreviation?
All the baptism records for children say mother is Maria which made me question whether Maria or Marg.
Here is a lightened pict of that marriage. I wish there was a technic to lighten the ink blot
Below are two baptism records with a "Jo" starting the fathers name and a daughter Anna Margaretha. Do either of these assist with the above marriage record to identify her father? Jost or Johann ???? I am leaning towards Jost bc no additional name after it as the Joan does.

As to the month of the original record, I'm not sure. It looks like the two previous entries say 9b, which would be November, and the following record also looks like 9b, so the 27th should also be November, even though that squiggle looks nothing like the rest of the month notations. What months are on the previous page for 1708?
Regarding the father's name in the original record, it could possibly be Jost. There are no descenders in the letters for the name, but neither are there in the groom's name. For the 1688 record, the father is Jost Weber, for the 1686 record the father is Johann Heinrich Weber, so I think these are two different people.

they are probable brothers-there are a couple more Weber names in the record.
the previous page is 1707--I don't think it helps

So everyone born in 1708 was born in November. How odd!
