Translation:
On May 3rd, 1833, the bachelor and blacksmith Hans Lebens, legitimate son of the cottager Dethlef Lebens in Delve and the late Antje née Dreßen is betrothed to his bride Thr.? Marte Gosch, legitimate daughter of the tenant Jürgen Gosch in Delve and Heinke née Dreckmann.
Witnesses were: Detlef Lebens, father of the groom and Jürgen Gosch, father of the bride.

I read the groom's father's occupation as "Bäcker" = baker.

The abbreviation in front of Marthe might be Jfr = Jungfrau.
