In the year 1818 on the 28th of July in the morning at 8 o'clock, appeared before me Henrich Joseph Wilms, mayor of Hülchrath, the civil registrar, Henrich Hecker, 38 years old, occupation farmer, residing in Speck, government department Düsseldorf, who presented to me a female child and declared to me that the child was born on the 27th of the month of July 1818 at 6 o'clock in the evening, by Henrich Hecker and his wife Elisabeth Greiß, occupation farmer's wife, residing in Speck in [blank] street, house number [blank], and further declared that the child was given the name Christina Hecker.
This presentation and declaration took place in the presence of Peter Tappen, 60 years old, occupation farmer, residing in Speck, and Henrich Wiertz, 39 years old, occupation farmer, residing in Speck, and after reading the above declaration to him and the witnesses, have signed this document with me.
