I see it as:
On the 5th of May died the old midwife Anna Elisabetha, the surviving widow of Conrad? Lotz, and on the 7th of May was buried. Age 83 years, 6 months and 23 days.
In the left column is also likely the town's name which I cannot read.
Edit to add: The town is Edingen. I remembered most of your records were at Greifenstein near Wetzlar and looked at the map. It's always good to state where the record is from. I really helps with town names.
