1836 Census- Haut-Rhin, France

Years ago I was able to find online images of the 1836 France Census for the village of Berrwiller, Haut-Rhin. I have copies of some pages but I did not note the online source that I used to access it. I now want to find those pages again to scrutinize them in detail but I am not able to find it.

Archives d'Alsace only has a link to the 1866 Census. Does anyone know how I can view the 1836 Census?

This is what it says about the 1836 Census, when I translate it from Google Translate:

The nominative lists of the population census of 1836, 1841, 1846, 1851, 1856, 1861 and 1866

When I type in "Berrwiller" in the search field for the digitized census records for France's Haute-Rhine department, it only lists the 1866 to search. When you click on the census, you have to go page by page. So I'm not sure where you got the 1836 census, because it looks like France has not digitized the 1836 census. When going to Family Search's catalogue, they do not have census records available for that department. I don't think the 1836 census has been digitized. Could you possibly have obtained a copy of the 1836 census from someone who actually went to France and found the record in the archives department or town hall? I wish you luck in finding the record.

Thanks for your response, Rachelle. I am familiar with the statement from the archives of the Département du Haut-Rhin regarding the censuses. It is where I looked first for these records. And I concur that only the 1866 Census is currently available there. Which makes it all the more puzzling to me.

I can say that images of the 1836 Berrwiller census were available online somewhere as I have 6 images that I downloaded in March 2022. Prints of those images are sitting in front of me right now. Unfortunately I did not record the source of those images, something I usually do. I must have thought that I would find it easily when I was ready to examine it again. I am still hoping that I will find it again.
